Spiritual Leader Publishes Workbook for Bible Study

Aberdeen, United States - January 12, 2018 /NewsNetwork/ —

Michael Dorsey spiritual growth leader and owner of Malakim Press is offering his workbook on how to study the bible. Michael a 20 year veteran to spiritual studies started writing books several years ago. Michael says “The workbook is meant to be a study guide for the Bible. There’s no reason you can’t become a skilled Bible student in your own right. Just take the exercises revealed in this workbook and apply them to the parts of the Bible that interest you the most. Once you start becoming proficient at Bible study, God will bless your determination with fresh insights and revelation from the treasures of His Word.”

Rev. Michael Dorsey recalls that as a young boy in Sunday School, they would sometimes compete in a game called Sword Drills. This game taught children how to find their way around the Bible quickly. This game became the inspiration for the title of this workbook. Rev. Michael Dorsey continued saying that “The book began as part of a 4-week course I taught at Riverside Church in the summer of 2013.”

Reverend Dorsey recalls that the original course covered information about the Bible, Bible study tools, and Bible study methods. That material is all included in the book How To Study Your Bible. The students also did hands-on exercises during the class to learn the various different Bible study methods. Those exercises have been expanded to create the Sword Drills workbook.

How to Study the Bible Workbook Workbook will answer all of the questions about the meaning of Bible verses, and what they are meant to teach you through Verse studies. Also how to read the Bible daily consistently with a unique plan to read the Bible through every year. And how to gain an overview of Bible books as well as the entire Bible through survey studies.

Everton beats Newcastle 1-0 to move up to 8th in EPL

Apr 24, 2018

LIVERPOOL, England — Theo Walcott's second-half strike helped Everton beat Newcastle 1-0 on Monday and move up to eighth in the English Premier League, its highest position since August. The result ended Newcastle's four-match winning streak and prevented Rafael Benitez's side from leapfrogging the Toffees in the standings. There were 31 minutes on the clock before either side registered a shot on target, and when it did Ayoze Perez's tame effort was underwhelming. Everton almost took the lead moments later but Jonjo Shelvey blocked Michael Keane's header with Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka stranded. The home side broke the deadlock six...

Champions League: Underdog spirit drives Klopp, Di Francesco

Apr 24, 2018

LIVERPOOL, England — The similarities between Juergen Klopp and Eusebio Di Francesco go far beyond their facial hair, designer glasses, and quirky humor. In terms of tactics, passion, mentality and their route taken in coaching, the managers of Liverpool and Roma appear to be cut from the same cloth, creating a fascinating subplot ahead of the meeting of their teams in the Champions League semifinals. The respect between them was evident as they spoke on Monday on the eve of the first leg at Anfield, a match that counts as the biggest in Di Francesco's managerial career and the most...

Rival candidates Germany and Turkey give their bid documents to UEFA this week. UEFA will choose a winner in September. Turkey has never hosted a major tournament, while Germany's staging of the 2006 World Cup was a huge success for visitors and its citizens. It became known as Germany's "Sommermaerchen,"...

Klopp urges Liverpool fans to behave against Roma

Apr 24, 2018

LIVERPOOL, England — Juergen Klopp urged Liverpool fans to think about the club's global image when the Roma players arrive at Anfield for the first leg of the Champions League semifinals on Tuesday. Liverpool supporters pelted Manchester City's bus with cans, bottles and flares as it weaved down the narrow streets outside the stadium before the first leg in the quarterfinals. Klopp said at the time he was "ashamed" and "embarrassed" by the behavior, and warned against a repeat of those ugly pre-match scenes when Roma arrives. "This is such a fantastic football club, outstanding football family, known for fantastic...
