Two realtors are joining together and forming a partnership, fueled by their passion for Jiu jitsu and real estate sales. The team hope to provide key information and advice to other realtors while delivering an exceptional service to their clients.

Two realtors are teaming up to create a brand new realtor team that clients can trust and count on. Albert Garcia and Manuel Martinez are proud to announce the creation of The Garcia Team at Remax. The team has been formed based on the passion that both realtors have in their profession and as jiu jitsu practitioners. Both believe that their focus on jiu jitsu has provided them the mental fortitude that they need to succeed in business.

Dedicated Martial artists in Brazilian jiu jitsu, the team are keen to work together and deliver the best service possible for clients looking for homes in Grand Prairie and Arlington.

As well as being passionate about martial arts and real estate sales, the pair are also focused on ensured the safety of realtors. Manny has spoken regularly to realtors on the importance of being aware and being prepared for anything when meeting clients and working towards a sale. He is keen to stress the dangers that realtors can find themselves in if they are not prepared to handle different situations. Manny has also provided realtors lessons on learning self defense. The team believe that without lessons like this, realtors could be vulnerable to anything from sexual harassment to assault.

Albert has found that jiu jitsu is a positive force in both his personal and professional life. In the past he has used his jiu jitsu training to prevent a man from attacking his girlfriend. As well as this, knowing jiu jitsu providing him comfort after meeting a sexual predator masquerading as an investor.

Together, the two men work to make sure that realtors are provided the information they need to stay safe while delivering an unbeatable service to their clients.

Operating in a market where 90% of new agents fail, Albert Garcia has gone from strength to strength. After winning Rookie of the year in his first twelve months on the market, Albert then became a Top Producer in his office. He believes his success is due to providing each and every client with the same fantastic service while also using the skills he developed in several industries as he built up his career.

His new business partner, Manuel, is a former member of the U.S army and served as a Field Artilleryman for nine and a half years. He decided to pursue a career in Real Estate after the army because it always piqued his interest and he was keen to explore something outside his comfort zone. Since then, he has displayed a natural talent for real estate sales. As well as being a keen realtor, Manuel is also a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu.
